- I've got a hard drive that takes a few minutes before it
- gets up to full speed. (Maxtor 128 AT). The main symptom
- of this is random checksum errors, which vanish on subsequent
- reboots. If I were to use HDsleep I'd have the joy and pleasure
- of these error constantly, and possibly corrupting some of
- the data.
